STOP! Make sure you’ve explained the following:

• We charge $100/hr per mover for standard moves and packing. 2-hour min, required in the form of a deposit at least 5 days before your move date.

• We charge $75/hr per mover for labor only jobs. 1-hour min, required in the form of a deposit at least 5 days before your move date.

• We require customers to sign a service agreement prior to the move date, and it will be sent via email after this call.

• We bill from the moment we arrive to the first address and end once the job is complete.

• Long distance moves (over 50mi) may include additional mileage and/or truck fees.

• We use furniture blankets, stretch wrap, and ratchet straps on all moves, at no additional cost. We also bring neoprene runners to protect floors.

• If we need an extra truck, there’s a fee of $150.

• If your move is booked with less than 48 hours notice, we charge an additional $25/hr per mover.
